شروط الاستخدام — كودي (Kodee)

  1. الخدمة: «كودي» تطبيق تعليمي عن أساسيات البرمجة للأطفال 8–15 سنة. العالم الأول مجاني بالكامل، وباقي العوالم والاستوديو تفتحها النسخة الكاملة. اللعب يعمل بدون إنترنت؛ الشراء واستعادة المشتريات يحتاجان اتصالًا.
  2. الشراء عبر Google Play: النسخة الكاملة تُشترى من «ركن الأهل» عبر Google Play وتخضع أيضًا لشروط Google Play. السعر هو ما يعرضه Google Play وقت الشراء بعملتك المحلية.
  3. الاشتراك السنوي: يتجدد تلقائيًا كل سنة حتى تلغيه من تطبيق Google Play (الدفعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات). الإلغاء يسري في نهاية السنة المدفوعة، وتبقى النسخة الكاملة مفتوحة حتى نهايتها. إن عُرضت تجربة مجانية، يبدأ الدفع تلقائيًا بعد انتهائها ما لم تُلغَ قبلها.
  4. رخصة العائلة مدى الحياة: دفعة واحدة بلا تجديد، تفتح النسخة الكاملة لكل أطفال الجهاز طوال إتاحة التطبيق.
  5. الاستعادة والاسترداد: الشراء مرتبط بحساب Google Play الذي تم به، ويُستعاد على جهاز آخر بنفس الحساب من زر «استعادة مشترياتي» في ركن الأهل. طلبات استرداد المبالغ تخضع لسياسة Google Play.
  6. أكواد الهدايا: قد نمنح أكواد تفعيل كهدايا أو للمدارس أو للدعم الفني. الكود لاستخدام أسرة واحدة ولا يجوز إعادة بيعه.
  7. الاستخدام المقبول: التطبيق مخصص للاستخدام الشخصي التعليمي. يُمنع إعادة توزيع محتوى التطبيق أو هندسته العكسية لأغراض تجارية.
  8. إشراف الوالدين: ننصح باستخدام التطبيق بإشراف شخص بالغ للأعمار الأصغر. «ركن الأهل» مخصص للبالغين فقط ومحمي برقم سري.
  9. الملكية الفكرية: شخصية «بوجي» والاسم «كودي» وكل المحتوى التعليمي ملك لمطوّر التطبيق. المنهج مبني على معايير عامة (CSTA) مع تصميم أنشطة أصلي.
  10. إخلاء المسؤولية: يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». نبذل قصارى جهدنا في الدقة التعليمية دون ضمان خلوّه التام من الأخطاء.
  11. التعديلات: قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط؛ استمرار الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني الموافقة عليها.

  1. Service: Kodee is an educational app teaching programming fundamentals to children aged 8–15. The first world is completely free; the other worlds and the studio are unlocked by the full version. Playing works offline; buying and restoring purchases need a connection.
  2. Purchases through Google Play: The full version is bought in the Parent Zone through Google Play and is also subject to Google Play's terms. The price is the one Google Play shows at the time of purchase, in your local currency.
  3. Yearly subscription: Renews automatically every year until you cancel it in the Google Play app (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year, and the full version stays unlocked until then. If a free trial is offered, payment starts automatically when it ends unless you cancel before.
  4. Lifetime family license: A one-time payment with no renewal that unlocks the full version for every child on the device for as long as the app is offered.
  5. Restoring and refunds: A purchase is tied to the Google Play account used to make it and can be restored on another device with the same account using "Restore my purchases" in the Parent Zone. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
  6. Gift codes: We may issue activation codes as gifts, for schools, or for support. A code is for one family's use and may not be resold.
  7. Acceptable use: Personal, educational use only. Redistribution of app content or reverse engineering for commercial purposes is prohibited.
  8. Parental supervision: We recommend adult supervision for younger ages. The Parent Zone is for adults only and is protected by a PIN.
  9. Intellectual property: The Boji character, the Kodee name, and all educational content belong to the app developer. The curriculum follows public standards (CSTA) with original activity design.
  10. Disclaimer: The app is provided "as is". We strive for educational accuracy without guaranteeing complete absence of errors.
  11. Changes: These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
